Wilbert Rodriguez founded Protege Athletics in 2012 with a clear mission: specialize in bringing structured, development-focused athletic enrichment programs directly into schools.
Rather than starting with sport-specific skills, Wilbert built a curriculum that develops movement quality, coordination, balance, confidence, discipline, and teamwork first — believing that a strong athletic foundation is what allows kids to thrive in any sport they choose.
Wilbert personally coaches the Golf program, bringing that same athlete-first philosophy to junior golf instruction across South Florida.
